Home Wins

What is Home Wins

The For Generations To Come Home Wins network is for people with roots in the Rochdale borough.

If you grew up in Rochdale, worked or studied in the area, or have family ties there but now live elsewhere, Home Wins is where you can back your hometown and stay connected to its future.

This is the group that turns pride and connection into real impact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join the For Generations To Come Home Wins network?

Anyone with a connection to the borough of Rochdale who no longer lives in the area. Whether you grew up, worked, studied or have family across the borough.

Yes, Home Wins is specifically for people who have moved away from Rochdale but want to stay connected and contribute to the borough.

Events are a mix of in-person gatherings in Rochdale or online calls, so you can take part wherever you are in the world. If there were several network members in one place e.g. London, we may be able to arrange additional face to face meet ups.

It varies. Some network members share their ideas, skills or experience, others make introductions to help grow the For Generations to Come movement and Home Wins network. Some members will want to back local initiatives. This could include providing funding, or pro-bono support from their own organisations or connections. Others may simply help spread good news stories about the borough to put Rochdale on the map for something positive. There is no set commitment and no obligation to do more than you want to.
