If you have received a damaged product please know that we apologize. If your product has arrived damaged please notify us immediately via email within 48hrs of arrival. If we are not notified immediately in a time frame of 48hrs we will not be responsible for providing you with an in store credit. Once we have received an email thoroughly describing the damages, we will need a CLEAR photo. Within 3 days of receiving your photo, you will be notified with a statement of acceptance to an in store credit or a declined credit. After you have been notified with an acceptance you are then able to return your damaged item. Please note that every item is scanned multiple times before shipment, if item has left us in good condition we will not be responsible. We are also not responsible for your item(s) after they’ve reached you UNLESS they’ve arrived damaged due to a manufacturing error! Please allow 5 days AFTER we have received your returned item to receive an IN STORE CREDIT

Our shipping is 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping). If there has been an issue with your order please note that shipping may vary. Holidays also delay shipping time. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping information nor will we be responsible for replacing or exchanging the item(s) because of an incorrect shipping information.
Please understand that once our items are shipped via USPS we send tracking numbers within 24hrs to our customers email address provided. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for a delay in shipping caused by the carrier USPS. We have no control over their shipping process. However we will notify you just as they will.
Once the item(s) departs from our headquarters, if you have any shipping issues or delayed shipping you will have to contact USPS with your tracking number.
Please understand that we want the absolute best for you, however any lost/stolen packages, we are not responsible for and will have to be handled through USPS.
Once your item has arrived and is tracking as delivered we are not responsible for anything lost/stolen PLEASE contact USPS in your area for any tracking issues.
Preorders take up to 15-30 days AFTER preorders have closed to be delivered to you! Please take note that WEEKENDS DO NOT COUNT. Business days only!!
