Why does preorder take 15-30 days?

   All of our items are CUSTOM MADE. Preorders take longer because of the amount of orders that will be processed at once and the time frame to custom make each one and ship off to our facility and then to your home. We have a huge time range because anything could go wrong and we would rather extend the time for our customers benefit of having an amazing product as the end result. 

Please order preorders ahead of time. 

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

ALL SALES FINAL! Unless received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. We want you to be well satisfied with your purchase! Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. We will make an effort to answer any concerns to make sure you get what you desire the first time! 

Damaged/Defective? 

All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email , ForGenerationsToCome18@gmail.com within 48hrs of your date received. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style, a style of comparable value, or issue a gift card/in store credit. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received.

Please note that the product life expectancy depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Any product damage determined to be normal wear and tear will not be covered or replaced.

FGTC reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item does not meet the criteria listed above.

What are your online store hours?

You can contact FGTC customer service through email ForGenerationsToCome18@gmail.com, Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm CST INCLUDING HOLIDAYS (shipping may be delayed).

 How long does it take to receive my order?

As soon FGTC has received and fulfilled your order we package and have your order shipped to you standard time, 3-5 business days. Please note that this excludes Saturdays and Sundays. ALL PREORDERS should be received within 10 business days unless stated otherwise in description! STARTING AFTER THE LAST DAY PREORDER ENDS (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS). 

When is my card charged?

Once you place an order with your card your card will be charged. If you process your payment through paypal please note that you may not see a charge right away.

How can I track my item(s)?

After you place your order, you will receive your tracking number with USPS within 24hrs.

I've selected more than one item, but when I checkout my cart automatically removes a few items, why is this ?

To keep our items rare we keep a limited stock. If an item is not in stock your cart will automatically remove them for you.

My order will not go through, what should I do?

We want to assist you as best as we can and we'd love to help you grab your pieces! If you're having trouble with your order please notify us as soon as possible!
